Hopefully he has. I don't see why he wouldn't have been picked up by someone...he's PSU's all team leading scorer, he played for all 4 years (lots of experience), he had an amazing accuracy rating, and he was first-team all big ten pretty much every year he played.
I checked out the link above but I didn't see anything about kevin kelly in there...maybe I just missed it.
