has HTML changed since 1999?

It hasn't really been changed... but it has definately been added-to.

There have been lots of new things added in the last decade which make HTML a lot better then it was in the past.

Not as if the book matters anyway, there are undoubtably lots of free tutorials on the internet, Google is your friend :)
 
i have a book about HTML which was written in the year 1999. Will all the information in it still be relevant, or has HTML changed since 1999?
