Has crime risen or fallen since the term "Racial Profiling" has been tossed...

...about in the media? This term did not exist before the 1980's. In my city police officers have to fill out what amounts to an anti "Racial Profiling" form every time they pull someone aside and chat with them about why they are in a certain neighborhood at a certain time, etc.. Something I've know cops to do for years.

Often potential perpetrators would change their mind about committing a crime because of these chats and move on. Now cops are bothered with extra paper work and sometimes even law suites for doing so. So they take a more hands off approach to crime prevention and focus more on law enforcement (arresting someone after a crime has already been committed).

Say were talking about the murder of a loved one, wouldn't it be nice to have someone intervene to stop the murder before it happens?

There are four dead cops in Oakland from January because they hesitated to defend themselves from a armed black felon. They are getting so worried about being politically correct that it is affecting their ability to do their jobs. And then Obama appoints Van Jones, the racist cop hater from the Bay Area, as his urban "Czar". Expect it to get much worse before it gets better - if ever.

Crime has been falling for several decades. Everyone is willing to take credit for this, but the real reason is probably a shift in population demographics. If anyone, credit Roe V Wade.

We all know that racial profiling exist, and for you to try to assuage the fact that it does by your moronic example, is just another form of the cancer that is racism.

Does disasster have a problem being mexican?
The media does change America. That has happened since the 1960's. They made Kennedy a saint, the war in viet nam wrong, trade with China ok, & more.
