Has Cricket change their internet password?

I sold my Mogul with everything working, but now the internet don't work. It says the user name or password is wrong.

user: 10digitphonenuraber
password: cricket

The only thing that has changed is the prl. When I had it the phone the
prl was 01007 (1x) and now its 01013 (evo). Do the evo prl's have a different password.

Also I have reflash the mogul with To0's v.3 rom and it still does the same thing.

What's wrong??
 
Well guys... I took the phone to cricket and asked if the phone nuraber on the account had internet...she said no.

Apparently cricket change the service. The $45 plan had internet on the old plan... Now you have to get the $50 plan for internet. The lady didn't tell him about the change.

He's gotta go fix his account. Thanks for everyone's help.
 
I will state this one last time,
IT DOES NOT MATTER IF HE DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET ON HIS ACCOUNT.
It should no matter what be able to connect to at least the homepage if everything is setup correctly.
I tell my customers when they ask if it has internet and they dont, Yes it does you just need to pay the 5$ for wap and you can set it up at the homepage by click on anything, it will then ask you do you wish to sign up for wap for an additional $5 dollar fee.

If the internet is not working, check username make sure its 10Digit#@mycricket.com and password is cricket..

Still not working after all those are right HAVE THEM REFRESH THE ACCOUNT.
 
Yes...it did go to the home page but I knew something was wrong when I clicked on the gmail link and it said this account doesn't have web service.

That's what made me check his account.
 
EPST doesn't actually have anything to do with working web, just with EvDO. If you don't do the security settings you'll still be able to get online, it'll just be very slow.
 
^^ actually the EPST does matter for whatever reason on some of them. If you have an invalid MDN, etc in epst it will not authenticate for the wap.

I've personally seen this on the mogul and the diamond (not with a custom rom)... I would get that exact error, setup everything in epst and it started working.
 
I have PRL 1050 on my diamond now. To me...it seems slow than my old PRL 01007 1x.

Another cricket user in my area has 01013 PRL. Can't find that one in the sticky.


BTW...I would like thank mooingrhinocero for his rom's and his help.

Don't get me wrong I really thank everyone on this forum that has helped me here. I just PM him the most and he always answer.
