has anyone watched the tv show derren brown investigates?

the first episode he investigated a psychic.
they went to see this lady neither of them had ever met before.
and the psychic got hit after hit after hit.
everything he said about her was spot on.

derren brown later revealed that the psychics mum had lived next door to this lady fro 33 years. coincidences do happen, don't they?
