Has anyone tried the Holux 240 with E61?

I found the Holux 240 to be a pretty afordable and compact bt GPS receiver.

I am wondering is anyone uses it with e61 and what your experience was.

Is Tom Tom the most intuitive GPS software for e61? I also see there are some apps built in but imagine they wont work unless you have the receiver?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I opted for the Holux 236, just because it uses a common Nokia BL-5C battery and it has an external antenna jack.

I find TomTom to be very user friendly. In fact, it functions almost exactly like the standalone units you see on display at Best Buy or Circuit City.
About the only thing I can find fault in is that it doesn't do "on foot" navigation very well. I like to do a lot of geocaching and bush hiking, and TT gets confused if there aren't any roads around.

Oh well, I have a Garmin GPSMap 76CS for that.

Tomtom is really just made for car navigation. If you want to do walking or biking, better use mgmaps or something like that with an overview of the area You dont need to follow the roads after all.
