I had back pain for about more than 6 years now. I tried different therapys and none of them worked. I just saw this ad called 'back to life machine' and I was wondering if this machine really work as advertised. Has anyone tried this machine and got a result out of it?

I haven't tried it - but I'm always skeptical of these "miracle" machines. They say you can get symptom relief in 12 minutes. It seems like some physical therapy exercises may provide the same type of motion and relief. If it really worked all the orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists would be out of a job :-) That being said I'm sure it does bring some relief to some people - the gentle movement probably helps loosen up the muscles and relieve lower back tension.

I have seen other comments about this machine and the opinion is that it is not worth the money. Several said you can accomplish the same thing with a big exercise ball, and save $200.00.

Regarding whether it would "work," or not, it would really depend on what the issues are with our back. It is always a good idea to get some exercise as it increases blood flow to the area...but something like stenosis or degenerative disc disease probably wouldn't be helped by this.

Hi,
I am new to this site and have tryed the Back 2 Life. I have an L4/5 disc herniation,L5/S1 annular tear, facet cyst and spondolythesis.

My pain started 6 months ago. After my husband watched me deal with it any and everyway possible except the standard medical treatment, he ordered it. I sent it back after 3 weeks. It made my foot nurab and the motor sounded like it would not last anyways.

I since have had my first ESI and finally have some pain relief. I obviously went with the Alopathic way and am only sorry that I did not do it sooner.

I appreciate the possitive attitudes and hope offered on this site. Thanks!

I have one and it has given me some relief. Don't get me wrong though the pain does come back. I do think it has helped with my stress level. Is it worth the $220? For me it is, nothing else seems to work for me. I'm sure it's a different experience for everyone. Give it a try, if you don't like it send it back.
