Has anyone tried a pimple and blackhead cream that works?

I'm a teenager and compared to all my friends I get bad pimples and blackheads. Having bad pimples makes me feel ugly so I was wondering if anyone has tried some cream or exfoliate or something that works. I'd like something that is cheap and available at stores like safeway.
