Has anyone seen SAW?

Bloomin eck - I finally got to see Saw this weekend. Yeah, some of the acting is a bit wonky, the plot has more holes in than a string vest and the ending might be just one twist too far but what an absolutely shocking delight! A fantastic mix of action and genuinely bone tingling chills - some of the images in this movie will stay with me for quite a while. How creepy is that puppet thing?
My faith in the horror genre is restored. X marks the bloody spot!
Yeay!! More of the same please.

that was my original plan but then i rememberd seeing a sing saying for the first 2 weeks SAW will not be on any kinda offer at all so i just went on Saturday :)

god... the guy playing the doctor.... what a rubbish actor....

best scene was where the guy is faking being poisoned.... class!!

But the film was like they only had one 'take' of each film, and just used that.

Was a good idea... and probably a good script.... but i came away wishing it was.... better.

Worth seeing... i'd give it 60%

rnadom wheredid you hear about the one take per scene? thats kinda interesting considering the acting which was pretty shoddy.

I totally dont get your post! I just got back (DID use my orange wednesday ticket)

I was overall impressed, I didnt expect such a strong plot. you never knew who to trust and the suspect leapt between almost everyone... very cool. and the ending- perrrfect.

Im just ecstatic I got into an 18 movie, iv only just turned 17!

in the LeeRAB Showcase they are not allowing people to use the 2 for 1 for SAW for the first 2 weeks of it showing, same with Bourne Sup and Resident Evil 2 will be the same :(

kinda sucks don't it.

Pretty good film, although the Doctor's hopeless overating near the end had everyone in the cinema laughing, not the effect that the moviemakers were seeking I suspect. If there was a decent actor playing the Doctor then this could have been one of the best horrors of recent years

Yes, acting was pretty patchy in places. I couldnt take the doctor seriously though as I just thought of him playing Jerry in Liar Liar. *ohhhh, its the claw!*

Thats utter bull.
