We filed e-file on Jan 30th, it was also accepted that day as well. Originally our dd date was 2-13, then it changed to 2-17 and stayed that way all the way until the 18th. On that day I received the same message as alot of people, still being processing, call this number, ext 462 and code 1301...I called, spoke with a nice man who said he cant see any problems on my end, that its in the "error corrections" department, and should be deposited on the 20th, no such luck...This is the first time we have had any issue like this and the only thing I can think of is we filed a casualty and theft loss due to Hurricane Ike...anyone else have any experience with this? I know that our numbers were correct as we had HR Block verify them, we just chose not to use them due to their fees and that we couldn't get a RAL because our refund was "too large" we should be getting back about 13,000....any thoughts on any of this? Obviously it goes without saying, like everyone else we really really need this money!
