I'm reading it, but it's hard for me to fully understand and need help on a paper... It's so many questions if anyone can PLEASE help me. I swear, if it was in person, I'd pay you, but the most I can do is choose your answer as the best one.

Preface
1.Why did Mr. Ellis write the book, Founding Brothers?
2.According to the author, what is so amazing about the founding of the United States?
3.What are some of the things that made it difficult to build the nation we call the United States?
Chapter 1- “The Duel”
1.Why did Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Burr fight America’s most famous duel?
2.A theme of Founding Brothers is that of “character”. How does the Burr-Hamilton duel relate to the issue of character?
3.Why do you think Mr. Ellis included this chapter in his book of our “founding fathers”?
Chapter 2- “The Dinner”
1.What are the TWO central issues discussed in this chapter? Why were they “critical issues”?
2.In resolving the two issues, what role did James Madison play? Mr. Hamilton? Mr. Jefferson?
3.Why do you think that these issues deserve an entire chapter in Mr. Ellis’ book?
Chapter 3- “The Silence”
1.Why do you think Mr. Ellis calls this chapter in his book, “The Silence”?
2.What were the arguments made for the abolition of slavery?
3.What made ending slavery so unlikely at this time? Give at least 3 reasons for this.
Chapter 4- “The Farewell”
1.Again, as to “character”, what was so outstanding about George Washington’s character?
2.What were the main points by Washington in his Farewell Address?
3.How did Thomas Jefferson reach to Washington’s points?
