cottages and it's director? We started building with them 12 months ago. A leaking roof, cracks in the walls and a refusal to give a certificate of occupency and tresspassing over a locked gate under the cover of darkness and tampering with the electricity is all we've got. It has to go through VCAT now as Rod Dawson (the "builder/director) will not take calls or finish the house. He has been given the option to come during daylight and do work on it but refuses and sneaks around under the cover of darkness and never tells anyone of his "visits".I just wanted to know if anyone else has had to deal with this and warn anyone who is thinking of using them. BEWARE.
