has anyone 'lost' their screenselect account during the merger with lovefilm?

because mine has gone somewhere. I've just emailed them but i wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?

all it says is i should reactivate but i'm not paying twice for the terrible lovefilm treatment

edit - well i say emailed them but conveniently they just put up an 'update page' until tomorrow. Wow 15 quid for 3 days of we're updating right now. ARRHHHHH
 
i think you have to log into the new and improved lovefilm website (lol its dreadful) as you would on the screen select the website is working but not all the time

ps im a lovefilm customer
 
I agree with you that new love film site is terribly slow to load. I hope they improve it soon.

Just had a look and its down again for yet another upgrade.

They must have had lots of complaints.
