do cardio,consult with doctor before strength training. dont eat junk food. eat only home cooked food.no soda or other garbage food fruits / vegetables, water water H2O. consume lean protein-- fish(cold water), chicken. eat in small portions and at least 6 times a day. also no butter , use olive oil. remove yolk from eggs before use.
read the nutrition labels on everything u buy. stay away from. cholesterol, trans fat, saturated fat, sodium, sugar.
consult a nutritionist. will be very helpful.
