...Flew's book "There is a God"? and tried to compare the mindless rhetorical argument of Dawkins to the intelligent philosophical argument of Flew?

Ps. anyone who wonders who Antony Flew is, he's an atheist who finally admitted that there must be a God (not necessarily the Christian God).
 
Ah here is where prespective comes inot play.
Flew's book is flawed from the start. You see, he, at NO time ever gives a single solitary shred of credible evidence for the existence of god.
Flew is also a self-serving hack. He calls himself "the worlds most notorious atheist" yet prior to his inane rant, NO one could ever remember hearing about him.

Sorry, it's a cute idea (the childish notion of an imaginary sky-pixie that is) but Flew fails just as all other theists fail; by not providing any credible evidence to support their inane belief.
 
Flew's arguments are pretty terrible, but lets point out he argues for a deist god, not a Christian theistic God, which he still refutes.
 
I have, and I am not a fan of Dawkins at all. I love intelligent arguments and debates, not a whole book containing rants such as Dawkins'. limiting oneself to one book is not exclusive to the bible fundies. even some claiming to be atheists do that, too.
 
HAVE read Richard Dawkin's book , NOT flew would like to read it , but to answer your question to Richard Dawkins, that's a remarkably stupid question the famous biologist insists that religion is evil and God might as well be a children's fantasy.

In one day Anthony Flew goes from being "one of the most brilliant thinkers of our generation" to a complete bumbling idiotic moron, all due to the fact that he finally agreed there must be an intelligent designer.

And atheists/evolutionists just don't get it.

Richard Dawkins is a mindless drone, he has no heart and sees people with faith as crazy. He needs to kneel down before the Lord and cry out for help. Instead he will probably be in hell for eternity as Satan has hardened his heart.
 
How about the writings of Meister Eckhart, a thirteenth century Christian mystic. He said "I pray God to rid me of God" He was torn, as his mind reach the highest levels of development he knew his previous faith in God was misplaced, although he still had intense faith. Very interesting, no surprise that after that statement his writing were condemned by the Catholic Church.
