I have a question about this book. Ishmael was part of "The Army" and fought against the rebel army. did the army ishmael was in kill civilians in villages they raided? i know that it says "we also attacked civilian villages to capture recruits and whatever else we could find" on page 122. does this mean that they also killed civilians or just caputred them and forced them into the armies. near the end when they are in the rehab center, they encounter RUF child soldiers and the RUF soldiers say "the Army killed our families". can anyone help me with an answer? thanks =D
