L lisa45r New member May 5, 2010 #1 I've been taking it for 7 days and have started felling really moody and restless. I haven't stopped smoking yet, so it's not the lack of nicotine. I'm not sure what to do. I really want to stop smoking but am worried that my moods will get worse.
