I would greatly appreciate your help. I signed a one year unlimited wireless contract with ALL TEL about two months ago. I received a phone call yesterday saying that the end of my contract would be the 29th of June of this month. The reason I was given for the early termination was I was not using there tower. I explained to them that there contracts should state unlimited if you use a ALL TEL tower and she even agreed with me .I feel greatly wronged .If I did such a thing I would be charged a fee. I feel that we have a case of fraud ,as well as all out bad business .How do I determine where my card picks up a signal .I would love to tell the world how ALL TEL does business.
Has anyone had problem with alltel they suck?
