Has anyone had any problems with the 1998 Ford E-150 Van?

I just got the 1998 Ford E-150 club wagon passenger van and I love it. It has 144,000 miles and still running strong. Has anyone had any minor details with theirs that they think might be the model or the year? Any big problems I should worry about like "The 1998's all had bad transmissions." or some garbage like that?
 
It would be unrealistic to expect your newly purchased 11 year old van to be trouble free.

Any problems caused by its design would have been addressed years ago.

Any future problems would be attributed to age and how the vehicle was cared for in the past.
