Has anyone had an issue like this with a ford focus?

Hello,

I own a 2007 Ford Focus. I bought it in December of 08 and in March one a trip down to Maryland when I stopped for gas, I took the key out and the car stayed running! I finished my drive home and it didn't happen any more. Since then the problem has been getting a little bit more rhyme and reason to it and happening more often, before it would be like once a month. I have taken it to several ford dealerships and even called consumer affairs, and they have all told me that they can't do anything about it because it is temper-mental and they will have to physically see the car doing it. But here is the kicker, it tends to only do it when ford dealerships are closed and I am on my way home from work. The only way I have found to turn the car off is to turn the lights to the on position, which doesn't mean anything since the car is still registering as being on the lights wont turn off anyhow... Well now it has gotten to the point where roadside assistance came out, for the second time this week, and towed it away, but now the car will not lock by and it is showing that the doors are open and the alarm is going off, but it isn't. I think it is either the computer or the wiring. I guess what I am really looking for is opinions. Should I take legal action against ford, and if so what kind or should I try to get them to put me in a new car? (the car has been towed twice now, I have video of it happening, and they are refusing service to the car until they witness the problem themselves --- The car is under warranty for another 25,000 miles and 5 years, with how I drive its more like 1 year lol...)
