Has anyone ever wanted a certain sex but ended up with the other?

I know everyone would love their children regardless but I'm wondering what the experience was like if you wanted a boy/girl really bad but ended up having the opposite. I mean the initial reaction of it. Is it really hard to deal with? Personal experiences please =)
 
yes, yes, yes! but once the baby arrives you forget about everything, honestly. I so wanted to have a boy but when my baby girl arrived I couldn't help but fall in love. There's nothing else to do except try again!
 
ya you think you might be let down. then out pops a healthy happy baby all your.. and the sex means nothing.. you start looking forward to it just as much as if you got what you wanted...
 
i didnt care what i had, i wanted a boy and had a girl now shes the best and now i couldnt ask for more, now i want another and really want a boy now, so well just see
