Has anyone ever tried the MSM supplements and do they have any side effects?

watched quite a number of reviews on it on youtube and everyone seems to be talking about how amazing this stuff is but none mentioned anything about the side effects.

and also which of the MSM supplements is good for tightening skin during and after weightloss?

and also has anyone tried their creams and soaps?do they work?

sorry am asking to much questions :--)
