I bought a samsung led un55d8000 series about a day ago and I found a stuck (blue) colored pixel near the center of my screen. I tried the pressure method and using blinking colored screens but it doesn't seem to work. With the pressure method, it might've went away for like a split second but came back. It's a hassle returning it online and I just requested a service with a samsung technician.
Has anyone ever had a samsung technician come to their house and fix an led tv? They told me he will first diagnose the problem. Do they usually fix it on their first visit? or do they diagnose it first and come back at another day to replace the screen. Do they replace it with a brand new one or a refurbished? Please help Thanks!
