My golden retriever has taken to pushing the swing in our playpark, balancing on his hind legs and trying to get on the swing. With a bit of assistance he can then jump into the swing (it's a big 1 metre wide bucket type of swing) and sit there, moving the swing back and fro without assistance. Has anyone ever heard of a dog doing this before, and is there any risk of him getting hurt (he only ever gets in the park under close supervision, and there's no parts he could trap a paw or anything in, I'm more concerned as to hip damage, etc. seeing as he's still growing.
Has anyone ever seen a dog on a playpark swing?
