Ive been on probation for a few months and I am looking to move out of state to NC to get married, go to school, and get an apartment with my fiance whos is the army. Probation wont let me move out of state so i contacted my lawyer and he said he could probably figure something out like maybe trade probation for like 2 weeks in jail..lol but i have no exact details yet is that completley unheard of to be able to cancel my probation?
Has anyone ever heard of their lawyer getting them off probation?
