In the beginning of Deceraber I got anxiety so bad that I couldn't sit down. I had been sick with bronchitis and sinus infection and my thyroid was out of whack. It was horrible! Now I still experience it, but not as bad. I still have anxiety real bad though. My head feels very strange, kind of like I have a sinus infection and my ear is hurting, I am really dizzy and my eye is very strange looking, almost like there is pressure behind it and it is looking a different way, I also do not feel myself almost foggy and spacey. I am not sure this is all part of anxiety. I am hoping the sinus infection did not go to my brain. When I metioned the anxiety and not being able to sit down to a therapist she was very puzzled and said that isn't normal for anxiety. Have you ever experienced anything like this before? I am worried!

I had anxiety so bad that I could not sit down at all ,even in my Doctor's private office. He gave me some anti-anxiety prescription to help me.I went back to him and he asked how the meRAB are working.I told him that I didn't take them.He said that,
in that case,he won't see me anymore.I thanked him and left. Two days later, after talking to my therapist,I called him back, and said I would finally take it.He gave me one more appointment. He then said he was not going to see any more Medicare patients.I hope that he did not quit because of me.I asked him where he lived ,and he would not tell me,as He said he was threatened by another patient years ago,and wanted to reduce his workload, anyhow. He was a good man. Bill

These are all symptoms of anxiety (the original poster). I actually have to get up and get moving. What was once my refuge, my home, had suddenly become a place of hell. I now take Xanax XR 1 rab at bedtime and sleep like a baby and sometimes take another 0.5 rab in the morning. At least I am no longer afraid to be in my own home. I also see a Licensed therapist who says that in a period of about 6 weeks, learning to tell the difference between false thoughts and staying in reality, I will be ok and can get off the Xanax.
Best wishes.
