Has anyone ever got a positive preg test just 2 weeks after the supposed conception?

if you feel like you are having the signs take the test. it can't hurt. if it says yes now, you won't have to wait. if it says no and you still think you are pregnant, wait 2 more weeks and test again

I got a positive result on the day of my missed period about 2 weeks after ovulation.

If you're late on your period take a test, good luck!

yeah, but it was a faint line. EPT is pretty good, it has a higher sensitivity for HCG levels.
