Look I'm a smoker, so I already pay $1 per pack taxes just so minors can have health insurance (Bush vetoed this bill but Obama made it his first action) I could give a crap about an adult who made a choice to start their own business or accept a job without benefits. DUI's aren't for public safey they are revenue streams to consistently pay government workers more.
