Has anyone else had problems with a GM vehicle that was bought brand new

i bought a 2006 trailblazer the gas sensor went bad replaced both tie rods ends 2 front wheel bearings power buttons quit working on the drivers door idler puller went bad all with in 50000 miles most after the warranty ran out
 
The lemon laws vary from state to state. But if the Acadia has been in the dealer for the same issue three times within the first 12,000 miles It's time to call it a lemon But....

As far as taking legal action against GM, the laws concerning defective products are limited to many factors one is by mileage and the overall condition of the vehicle.

Just because it's two months old does not mean it has not being abused by improper driving, towing (if any) or unauthorized modifications.

GM Goodwrench technicians have the ability to tell when a vehicle as being excessively abuse with their data analyzer and Tech2 computer connected to the vehicle's ECU.

The ECU is like a black box, it records everything. That's probably the main reason why GM is giving you the run around, the Acadia has being abused and they are NOT taking responsability for your own actions which is totally fair and any judge in the land will say the same thing.
 
and has turned out to be a lemon? My brand new 2008 GMC Acadia has been in for three major engine repairs, including a complete engine replacement after only 2 months. GM is not standing behind its product and we want a replacement vehicle. I wanted to send out an email to all of my friends describing everything that has happened to us. Would there be any legal reprocussions in doing this?

This vehicle was not modified, towed OR abused. The Service manager and the owner of the dealership were the first to recommend that we try to get out of this vehicle. It is GM Canada that is not taking responsibility.
