I was told mt my Financial aid advisor that my student loans would hit my student account on the 9/16 and my pell grant on 9/17. My pell grant hit on 9/8 and when I call ASC which holds the loans for Bank of America my lender, they tell me that the funds are on hold and the school has to call and request them....but my financial advisor tells me it's in the progress and it will show up on my account the next day. Shes tells me that everyday though....Does anyone else have this problem or know when my funds will actually show up on my account?
Has anyone else had problems getting their excess funds from AXIA College?
