My financial counselor told me that my loan was suppose to my student account on the 16th. It didn't, so I called her back and when I talked to her she said it was post today. AGAIN it didnt so I called and talked to a supervisor and they told me it is going to be another month before I actually get my funds....I've already been in school for 2 months and then she yelled at me when she asked what i needed the money for?
Has anyone else had financial aid trouble with Axia College?
