Has anyone else found it as hard as hell to open a Nokia 2330 to insert the battery...

...and SIM? We had loads of phones over the years, today we got 2 new Nokia 2330's delivered but boy, it's very difficult to open the back of it! No luck so far! : ( Never had so much difficultly with any other phone, ever!
