Has Anyone Else been through the training class at T-mobile call center?

I am in first week and it has become the biggest nightmare i have ever been thru...the trainer can see i need help but unable to get any...the job itself it the most stress i have ever encountered in my life...also if you are not the FAVORITE in the class you are left in the dust...ANYONE else experience this????? I want to give up but can't afford to.
