Has anyone downloaded ATT game Fishdom2? Any access violation errors?

I'm running Vista SP1 because SP2 failed yesterday. But I've been getting error codes with the new game for quite a while. They read "Error Access Violation at 0x0045734B (tried reading from program 0x00000000, program terminated)". Then all current data is lost. Help from anyone and everyone to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....Lou
