Hi I've bought the levi roots reggae reggae sauce and I want to put it over my chicken thigh pieces....doesn't give instructions on the bottle and I was just wondering whether it would be best to marinade the chicken in the sauce overnight and leave in the fridge...or whether to just paste it on before cooking? Any tips and advice? thanks
