I am trying to claim my ppi from a bank loan It is now getting to the final stage after waiting for the bank to respond to request from my solicitor . I'm now getting panicy cos my solicitor has adviced me I might have to stand up in court That the last stage I never though I was going to go to court I thought It was my solicitors that do that for you. So I just want to know has anyone else gone through the same Or still like me waiting to see what happens next.
