Has anyone bought any PS1 games on thier PS3 yet?

Has anyone? Hows the selection and do they play and look exactly the same as they do on PS1 or is it better? Or have they not released that service yet?

I just bought MGS3, God of War and Shadow of Colossus. Didn't own a PS2 and I want to play these games. I havent gotten a chance to play them yet, and won't until Thursday night...which is when I first get to play my PS3 , so I obviously will be to busy playing Resistance at least for that night.

Anyway, I know these arent PS1 games, and this isn't really the point of the thread, but does anyone know if PS2 games look the same/better than they did on the PS2?

sucks that i had to buy the memory card adaptor to get my save shit for FFXII onto the ps3.

I haven't even been able to find one yet, and I just don't feel like playing my PS2 anymore for FFXII. Totally irrational, I know, but I bought my PS3 and want to use it, damn it!

Blockbuster should rent these memory card adaptors.
