Has anyone bought a phone from Wirelessgalaxy.com?

I bought two refurbished phones from wirelessgalaxy.com. When I went to the page to buy it, it said it came with the phone and a battery. So I figured I would have to buy a charger. Well we got the phones in the mail and neither came with a battery!! I was so mad. Well I went back onto the website to make sure I read it right. Sure enough it said phone and battery. Well I called the number on the site and it rang and rang then said 'sorry this mailboxs voicemail has not been set up'. I literally called it 20 times and on different days during their business hours. (what business like that doesnt answer their phone?) So then on the website it said LIVECHAT so I pressed that several times and brought me nowhere! I emailed the company 4 days ago and still have not heard from them. I am beyond irritated. I have two brand new phones with no batteries. The town I live in does not have a store to buy them. I would order them online but I feel like the company should send me batteries. Has anyone else done business with this company? Ever talked to a live person? What should I do?
