I just had a baby and I need to lose quite a bit of wieght as well as tone..Im in good shape and I don't have any health problems. I knw of a feew people who have went away to boot camp and came back and looked amazing. what types of exercise do they do and what is a normal day like there? I am willing to completely bust my ass all day for a dew weeks to get cute again..or if you have any other input I'm open to anything. I would like to lose at least 50 pounds.
