Being a guy, I would not have been. And it didn't exist when I was that age.
But if I was a girl in your position, I'd be incredibly excited to go. You're going to be exposed to things you've never seen before. You're going to learn about opportunities you never even imagined. Most of the girls who go through it thought it was fun, and they were AMAZED at all the cool stuff they got to do. You'll get to meet a financial advisor (is money interesting to you? It is to me!) learn about self defense (hee-YAH), and a lot of other stuff. I can pretty much guarantee you won't be bored. Nobody ever says that.
So rather than considering yourself as being "forced to go", consider it the opportunity of a lifetime. My guess is that in 5 or 10 years you'll look back and say, "D@MN, I'm glad I went! It changed my life!"
