Has anybody in the UK taken their driving theory test since 1st September 09?

I have a CD that I use to revise for my theory which is in two days and on the mock tests I take it asks me questions like what should an ADI do if their learner is forgein and other realy random, irrelevant questions! Is that what the test is actually like?
