Has anybody heard of Fox Reality Channel becoming National Geographic Wild?

I know that Fox Reality Channel is going to be re-branded as National Geographic Wild this year. But i was wondering if you know the exact day or an estimated date.

Cause i would like to see the transition and see if there going to do something special for the transiting.
