Has any one worked as an apprentice in a travel agents like thomas cook or first choice?

within the next year or so when i leave school i wanted to join the apprentice schemess run by ethier these two companies or thompson. I was just wondering if anyone has done it and what it intails and what you do?
Ireally want to do this so any answers are helpfull :)
