Never actually cried but have been a few moments in things like Air and Clanned after story, as well as a few others but that just shows a good story been told well

as far as i can remember, the anime that made me cry was fushigi yuugi. especially, when nuriko died.

All the cool members of Team Gurren started dying off, in totally BA ways, but still. When Kitta died, after he kissed Yoko.

When Yoko was facing Kamina in the extraterrestrial labyrinth, as she turned off the TV that was showing her and Kitta getting married. It seemed so unfair for someone as great as her to have to face her love like that. It seemed so cruel.
And at the end. When Nia disitegrated...pixels by pixels after her and Simon said they loved each other at their wedding.

well I think the ending of blood+ after the credits where Hagi leaves a rose for Saya while she sleeps, then a majority of wolf's rain near the end...
