Has a teacher ever lost your assignments or quiz?

We were getting our quizzes back in Algebra 2 & I was pretty sure I did good on this one.
He gave everyone theres & forgot about me.
I asked where mine was & he said I don' know, ask me tmrw.
I hope he doesn't make me do it again. =/

If yes, how did you react? =)
 
Not mine but I know a friend that had the same situation.

"I don't know" is not a good answer from a teacher. You should have asked why. If he doesn't give you your test tomorrow or doesn't give you an answer as to why, then go straight to the principal. It's not professional of him to forget to give you your test (or loose it) and not tell you why. It is important to find out because it could affect your grades.
 
no, but i have had teachers who couldn't grade assignments to save their lives! one gave me a test score of 19/50, when I had a 49/50. he hit the 1 instead of 4, so it wasn't that bad. just had to talk to him. but oh man, my science teacher in middle school would always miscalculate things! got on my nerves.

just recently i received a 3.25 on my paper, but the grade was recorded as a 3.5 :D shhhhh!
 
yes and he told me i didn't turn it in and i know i did for a fact.
and he started arguing with me and i started cussing at him, i got suspended and then he found my paper three days later and apologized to me. i was like wtf?
 
yea!! and then she argued with me for lie 10 minutes about how i shoudl have turned it in and blah blah blah. ten minutes later she comes to my desk saying that my paper was mixed in with her next classes!!! i was soooo p!ssed!!!!
