Harry Potter - Deathly Hallows epilogue

As filming for both parts is well under way how do you think they will approach the epilogue if they even decide to use it

Placed in spoilers for those who haven't read the book eek or just like watching the films without knowing what is coming

The epilogue which shows the trio 19 years later introducing their children to Hogwarts neeRAB to be shown IMO as it neatly finishes the whole series but could Daniel, Emma and Rupert play the adult roles or should they cast new actors just for this part?

Apparently they will keep the actors the same for the epilogue, because it would look strange to have 3 strangers be the last thing we see.

Apparently they were originally considering using older actors! Though it seems Rupert, Emma and Dan persuaded the producers to change their minRAB. OK ageing makeup can be cheesy but look how well this has been done in movies in recent years. They could use CGI to help age them.

Surely it would be terrible if, after all this time, the last scene, probably the last SHOT of the whole series, was someone other than Daniel Radcliffe as Harry!!

and the actors arent all that young anymore. an arrangement of clothes, hair style - even going as far as filming that little sequence a few months/weeks before release of part 2 may help.

I've heard that they're using the same actors with the aid of make-up and CGI. Can't remember the source, sorry.

It is the last day of filming tomorrow. Or is it Friday ? Either way HP filming will be completed for good. Such a sad moment

Omg Harry looks amazing! Ginny kind of looks the same. Can't wait to see Ron and Hermione.

Last time I checked, Ron has been caught on camera too - I think the snitch or leaky has been updated with them. I think he looks the best out of the ones we've seen so far.

If my memory serves me correctly, Harry should only be 36/37, he does look a lot older than that in these pictures. In reality, he probably wouldn't look that much different to what he does at the moment, just a little more worldly wise but also, thay may depend on how many times he been cursed!!
