Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Ohh I love the Draco poster. I wasn't the biggest fan of his until HBP to be honest. I'm excited to see his scenes in the movie.
 
I can NOT wait for this movie to come out already!!! I saw the latest trailer and I'm completely in awe at how good the movie looks. I'm a HUGE fan of the books and I was actually a little skeptical at how HBP would be. I kept reading interviews where Dan [or someone else] would say how funny the movie is and I thought, well, yes, the book has funny moments but there's the big overall plot to focus on as well. But after viewing the first trailer, any misgivings I had were thrown out the window. :)
 
Well actually I just look at my schedule and one of the two days I'm actually working is the day it comes out. So I might have to wait till the weekend :(
 
Oh man, that sucks it got pushed back, but oh well. Gives me more time to get excited for it:D
 
:shrug: Its all up to interpretation but that's how I feel personally. I get that people like her but I just don't.
 
Ok now I'd say that'd be the better split right here, I mean it'd leave fans wanting to know what happens next and wanting more. I hope since it gets split into two films that they will be able to fit in more scenes. I am one of the people who enjoyed the book. There were few chapters that I really hope to see in the film, wonder if they'll show Dan naked cuz the chapter they have Harry naked or they could always cut it I mean little kids do watch these films. Unless they rate it R. Harry Potter still has tons of adult fans. I can't wait for the attack and Snap V.S Harry scene those should hopefully be good to watch, but some of that stuff was not in the book, oh well as long as its good I'm fine with it I guess.
 
just got back from seeing the movie...amazing!!! loved it!! so funny and touching..even with reading the books i thought it stayed pretty good to the stories so far!

i was so upset to read that! but it is coming out the day before my birthday so that's something
 
I am sooooo excited for this movie!! :woot: It's my favorite of the books- not too dark, enough action, a little romance, Harry isn't so whiny (lol I am not a big fan of HP)
 
I saw the midnight showing of HBP on tuesday july 14.

My friends and I waited in line for hours. We would take turns standing in line if one of us had to go to the bathroom or something. When I got up I took pictures of all the other Potter fans and gave them Blood Pops (like from the books, they're candy for vampires). I met a lot of interesting characters in line.

One fan just came back from the London premire. He said he met J.K Rowling. That's so cool! Another guy told me he sneaked out of his parents house. His family are a bunch regionlous fanatics and his grandma is a freaking homo phob. DAMN!

As soon as we got in I was on a big ass sugar high. I ran to all the screenings that was showing Harry Potter. I stood on the seat and yelled "HARRY POTTER!!" LOL. But I managed to calm down and I sat until the movie started, but I did manage to make shadow puppets on the screen. My friends call me dorky but I don't care.

When it was midnight it didn't show right away. We had to wait for 15 minutes. Dude! You really don't want to piss off a movie house full of nerds, especially Harry Potter nerds, but the movie finally started.

I LOVED IT!

It had everything action, adventure, romance, comedy.

Harry and Ginny were my favorite couple of course. In second movie Ginny was crushing on Harry and now Harry is crushing on her.

Herimone and Ron were also good. Ron was such an idiot. Dude, Herimone likes you, okay.

I felt sorry for Draco. I mean, they really showed that the guy really does have some emotion.

Bellatrix was just as crazy as ever. She's my favorite Death Eater.

I know about of fans were upset because they left a lot out from the book, but seeing on the big screen I can totally understand. I mean, it wouldn't fit with the other movies, which didn't figure a lot from the books either.

I can't wait for Deadly Hollws. I'm gonna go all out.
 
Just seen it on the internet we but to the first I'am going to the cinema an watch the movie there....
