It's all about money. Warner Brothers hit the mother-load with The Dark Knight and they know that HBP is a sure thing. They don't need two mega-revenue-generating films in the same year.......especially when they know they don't have a blockbuster on their slate for next summer. They saw an "unfulfilled market" opportunity for July 2009, so they pounced on it. Now they'll have two consecutive summer hits.

Don't be fooled. Some may try to suggest that the movie is flawed and needs a bunch of work and that changes have to be made. Post production is complete, they aren't doing re-shoots, it's done and in the can, and they are moving forward with Deathly Hallows. This is all about money, and sadly, its at the expense of the fans.

Yes, I also think that the books are more interesting and exciting, and are certainly worth reading. ^.^

I loved the new trailer...really getting excited.

I love the darker tones and am looking forward to all the Dumbledore/Harry moments but most of all I want to see Harry and Snape slug it out. That will be the best :D

Draco looks so cool, but once again they seem to make Ron a bumbling fool :irked:

Hermione rocks as usual and finally Ginny speaks! She looks so cute with Harry.

I really hope we get some good Nevile moments and one or two Luna ones aswell :)

I don't get it...! Just heard that the movie is ready but they're pushing it so it'll be a "summer-blockbuster". I'm like "what???!!" that's so unfair to the fans... :irked: really un-cool!!

I can't believe they're pushing it so far. I was so excited until today to go and see it.

Harry Potter movies are really fantastic. The movie has driven me crazy. I really like Ron,Neville,Luna . They have done really a good job . More exciting stories
are really found in the book. They are worth reading and enjoyable. Hope everyone has watched the movie.

Agreed. They cut out a lot of things and added a few new things, but I still enjoyed it immensely. I thought it stayed pretty faithful to the book.

This is like my worst nightmare..Arggh!
I don't think I've cursed as much as I did when I first heard about the delay..and I never curse! Lol! Warner Bros really brings out the worst in people, when they make decisions like these!

So far all of the Harry Potter's movies have been more than great, they had fullfilled all of my expectations, even though they are not always exactly like it's in the book, but that's totally understandable.
I'm really exited about this one in particulary because the trailers look great and I'm pretty sure it's gonna be the best one so far.
