Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

I really don't understand how people can expect the film to be exactly like the book? Do you really want a 4 hour plus movie? It would never happen any way. You have to accept, like me because I too love the books that they are 2 completely seperate media. Why people go to the film expecting them to have every bit of information in them is beyond me, it will never happen!! They know what they are doing and I reckon that by splitting the last film into 2 and having maybe two 2and a half hour movies, they have time to explain in detail everything that was previously missed out. It will be a fantastic climax. It is the same argument year upon year. Imagine how hard it must be to decide which bits to cut out of the film. You are never going to make everyone happy no matter which bits are cut out therefore people will keep having the same arguement.:yawn:
 
I'd love it if they set the last scene in Dumbledore's office, but if instead of what happened in the books, it dissolving into a roundup of everything that's happened.

Just like in Pineapple Express! I think it'd be an improvement on the book; that ending was way too abrupt for me.
 
I didnt see it...I read reviews and they weren't good at all so I avoided it! Doesnt look like there were be a sequel which sucks for their fans.

Imagine that had happened Potter :eek: 1 movie and then nothing else!

The UE movie was just "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" WOW it was 2004...time really does fly!! Feels only last year! :o:D
 
Yeah he went to see a random film at the Odeon west end. My friend asked for his autograph and as per normal with him , he replied " as long as its not Potter" so he signed a none potter photo. He is just so grumpy and thats when we asked if he was doing the prem on tuesday and he said " he had not made up his mind"

I only really knew of Heath Ledger from 10 Things I Hate About You, i love that film aswell, now whenever i watch it, it's really depressing :( It's such a shame.

Ah a bit of goryness is OK :D Hopefully DHs will be gory, i wish they would just make it a 15 and make it a full on blood bath... But that will never happen... :o
