AHHHH I completely understand now. Its been a while since I've read DH, I completely forgot that Tales of Beedle the Bard was in DH! Now I remember, Dumbledore gave Hermione it in his will, didn't he?!
 
I know what you mean and i had come to terms with it just before PoA came out and for GoF and i really liked it as a film but OOTP, i didn't feel any flow from it. Perhaps that was the new screenwriter and it'll get back to normal with the Steve Kloves with the writers pen again.

Possibly Lisa is still watching the opening ceremony and i have to say it is rather boring. I'm like get on with the sport.
 
Who is reading the last book first? We (or at least I) were talking about re-reading the series :D

I don't know how I'm going to cope watching the last film. The last part in the forest gets me every time as does

The simple fact is Warner Bros bottled it, they are running scarred of 'Quantum Of Solace'. Back when 'Casino Royale' was released Warners had 'The Prestige' & because of the overwhelming demand for Bond..'The Prestige' tanked!
Warners obviously have heard how awsome the next Bond is & have taken the decision to move it....however putting it back to next year is a bit too extreme,surely a Boxing Day release would suit better.
However Warner Bros have no real skils for film distribution these days ,they are more banking on VOD ect.
